Thank you for shopping with Sansheng. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In its original condition.
  • All original tags are attached.
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. If applicable, provide photos showing the condition of the item.
  4. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A defective product.
  • A damaged item.
  • An incorrect item shipped by Sansheng.

We will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return shipping arrangement.

If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


Exchanges

We currently accept exchange requests for eligible items, subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
